iSpritz is inspired by the famous aperitif from Veneto served in all the best bars in Italy. It is an artful blend of sweet orange and the distinct bitter note of herbs. Serve it cold with three cubes of ice and a slice of orange.
Richemer Sauvignon Blanc
A lively and brilliant French Sauvignon Blanc, pale with green reflections. A characteristic nose of boxwood, blackcurrant buds and acacia flower. Perfect acidity with aromas of flowers and exotic fruits. Beautiful fresh finish.
Richemer Cabernet Sauvignon
An intense and brilliant ruby French Cabernet Sauvignon with a rich and concentrated nose. Both fruity (ripe fruit) and vegetal (green pepper) typical of the grape variety. Frank attack on the palate! Structured, round, warm and aromatic.
Dominio La Granadilla Rueda
A fresh and vibrant Spanish white wine with a character typical of Verdejo grapes. The nose is very intense with notes of fruit (orange peel and fresh apple), very well put together with spice and balsam (fennel, freshly mown grass and liquorice), resulting in a wine that is fresh and has a very complex bouquet. The finish is long and brings back the fresh fruit (apple, pear) combined with the spices of the nose. Elegant, complex, young and fresh.... makes you want more!
Familia Martínez Bujanda Rioja Joven
This wine is ruby red with purple highlights. Fresh and fruity, the nose shows red berry, blue fruit, and spice, while the palate is medium bodied with food-friendly acidity. A brilliant party wine or one to savour on its own or with a wide variety of foods including tapas, chorizo, patés, white meats, fish and cheese fondues.
Giulio Straccali Galileo Vino Rosso
A soft and generous blend of Sangiovese, Syrah and Primitivo, three grapes from three different areas in Italy. All vinified together in Tuscany, to create a diverse snapshot of Italian variety and style. The result is a very fruit forward wine, think cherry, blackberry and mocha characters with a good lick of spice on the finish and well balanced. Medium bodied with a good structure, it has a pleasant freshness and a nice smooth finish rich in jam notes
